I am lucky to live and cook on Country and am grateful every day for the amazing produce and abundance it brings me and my work.

We have a lot to learn from our indigenous communities, across every area but especially about caring for country. Indigenous-led agricultural and farming practices, land management and food knowledge are the future of this country and every other country around the world.

I would like to acknowledge and pay respects to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I work, create, and live, and I recognise that Sovereignty has never been ceded.
